Jofetto Jofetto

Based between London and Naples, Jo Fetto's visual practice seeks personal shelter and transports the viewer into a world of experience and artificial memory. 

Through alchemy, film photography, filmmaking, printing and bookmaking, Fetto crafts objects that serve as portals beyond the boundaries of subjectivity and the limits of body politics. 

In 2020, they released their debut book Be My Nest — a work of three years spread across time zones, exploring the relationship between the subconscious and home.

Fetto's work delves into the potential of visual scenarios to draw and re/enact feelings, as a reminder of the worth of the fleeting nature of experience and the capture of making meaning within the frame of living.

Their distinctive spirit has led to widespread recognition of both their personal work, and their editorial and commercial projects. Most recently, this has included campaigns and commissions for Vivienne Westwood , Dries Van Noten, Dazed, Vogue Italia, and Nowness.
