Jofetto

Jo Fetto (b. 1999, Naples) works across photography, film, and performance. Their practice engages the human body as a site of transformation, transgression, and transcendence.

After graduating from the London College of Fashion in 2020, Fetto published their debut photobook, Be My Nest, launched and distributed by Printed Matter in New York.

Since 2022, they have been developing Beyond Flesh, a collaborative multimedia project investigating the emergence of "mutant" desire. The project was awarded the Baron Prize in 2023 and has been exhibited at the PhotoVogue Festival and as part of Helmut Newton: Legacy at Le Stanze della Fotografia (2024).

In 2025, Fetto premiered their debut short film, Grand Tour, developed through an encounter and mentorship with Béla Tarr at his Film Factory in Naples. The film premiered at Bayerischer Hof in Munich as part of Various Others.

Fetto’s work spans both artistic and commercial image, including collaborations with Versace and Vivienne Westwood, with features in An0ther, Vogue and Nowness.
They live and work between London and Paris, maintaining close ties to Naples.
